Rain and Bugs

Well the rains have come! And along with the nice cool weather we get lots of bugs!

These guys are called amanyama, and they come up out of the ground under our carport. Our workers immediately grabbed some bucket and began filling them with this delicacy, of course I could not talk MM into trying some, but Hutch had fun helping to round them up. Their abdomen is filled with an oil type liquid that fries up nicely.
